This is not another workout program where someone just leads you through exercises.  

 

My philosophy is simple: I teach you how to build your own effective 30-minute home workout based on proper form and execution—because if your form isn’t right, you won’t build muscle or see real results. 

 

No matter your level, you can start from the beginning.

 

Over 12 weeks, we’ll meet three times weekly for 30 minutes, (12 sessions total) and every session is recorded inside an easy-to-use app so you can attend live or watch the replay anytime.

 

You’ll also be inside a private Messenger group with direct access to me. You’ll submit short videos practicing your exercises, and I’ll personally critique your form so you improve week by week—just like working with a personal trainer.

 

You’ll only need a small amount of equipment (under $50) that fits easily in a corner of your home.

 

By the end of the program, you’ll know enough exercises—and how to perform them correctly—to confidently build your own 30-minute workouts anytime.

 

The entire 12-week program is $400, which comes out to about $33 per week for personal coaching and form feedback.
